MLSA are providing professionals the opportunity to be recognised as highly skilled individuals within the landscaping industry by becoming a Trade Endorsed Professional (TEP).

As a TEP, consumers will identify you as person with advanced experience and skills, giving you an edge over your professional competitor. This recognition is an endorsement of your credentials as a leader amongst your peers and the community.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Any individual who is employed within the landscaping industry. Applicants must have a minimum three years' experience.

How do I become a TEP?

Individuals who apply are required to sit an extensive interview which includes questions based on the following topics

Health and safety provisions - requirements under the Work Health and Safety Act.
Building Code requirements - National Construction Code, Housing Provisions Standard and general Australian Standards relevant to landscaping.
Technical application - installation methods and practices.

Applicants who have proven their knowledge as a highly competent person in the landscape industry at the completion of the interview will be endorsed as a TEP and provided with a certificate as evidence.
