CANCELLED: Potential Employee Meet & Greet

This event was originally designed to connect you, a potential employer, with:

  • Apprenticeships Network Providers MAS & MEGT
  • Registered Training Organisation ARO College; and most importantly
  • Our shortlisted candidates.

However, with a very small pool of quality candidates to present, and many employers registering their interest, we have decided not to invite the candidates to a face-to-face event.

However, if you are still able to attend a session on Tuesday 30 May 2023 from  16:00-18:00 at ARO College, 5 Mount Barker Rd, Hahndorf SA 5245, we would love your assistance!

The landscaping industry remains in a skills shortage.  Attracting quality candidates to meet the requirements of the industry is proving difficult for everyone.  And, we want to find a solution!

Please come along for an open dialogue with myself and representatives of ARO College about:

  • The MLSAs role in attracting future candidates
  • Ways to improve the recruitment process used to date
  • Your view on:
    • The need and value in candidate shortlisting services such as these
    • The future of the industry, employee attraction, and retention; and
    • What recruitment techniques have worked in your business.

We continue to strive to cultivate industry opportunities and share them with you, our Members, so I would sincerely appreciate learning from your expertise and experience if you are able to attend.
